It was a beautiful fall day for a Spirited Cruise with the VOA IL! 
 
On Saturday, October 3rd, a group of 16 Vipers, along with a McLaren and a couple of 1967 Camaros, started out at the Schutte’s in Rockford with donuts and coffee. From there, our group headed out for some curvy back-road driving along Stage Coach Trail and other scenic back roads through Illinois and Iowa.
We enjoyed stops at the Terrapin Ridge Lookout and Council Hill Station near Galena, IL, along with some beautiful views of the Mississippi River.
Lunch was in Bellevue, IA, at the Offshore Bar & Grill, and the evening ended with dinner at Lino’s, a local Italian restaurant in Rockford.
