Longest Day Event 2021 is now in the record books. Lucky day Friday August 13th started with the Gingerman Raceway road course event in South Haven Michigan. Folks started arriving around 7:30 to unload trailers and get ready for the day's activities. Drivers meeting at 8:30 with the track going hot at 9:00. We had about 20 drivers with 4 run groups. Everyone had a chance to run 5 20 minute sessions. We ran all day till about 4:00 wrapping up with trophies being awarded.

After awards we headed off to South Bend Indiana where Tire Rack is located, checked in to the hotel and most went out for a nice dinner together.
The next morning all arrived at Tire Rack with some members setting up tents and timing to get ready for the 2nd day of our longest day event, the autocross. Drivers meeting at 8:30 with the track going hot at 9:00. A Few less drivers around 15 for the autocross.Everyone was able to get plenty of runs with the club providing Jimmy Johns for lunch and wrapping up the day with trophies being awarded about 3:00. Congratulations to Shawn Rockwell for winning the Longest Day event 2021.
